The kitchens are on the larger side and have a good amount of cupboard space. The laundry room is also furnished with a washer and dryer, there is some extra storage space there as well. Deposit is $450. Rent is only $515! There is an automatic charge of $55 that needs to accompany your rent to go towards utilities. Also, if you pay before the 1st of each month then you will get an additional $10 off! Making rent and utilities only $560 instead of $570 if you pay early. This means that you would only pay $560 including utilities if you pay before the first of each month. That is a GREAT price for a private room! There is a non refundable $20 application fee to be turned in with your application. No smoking, drinking, drugs, pets, etc. No over night guests are permitted.
