Excellent Apartment for rent. Right next to Provo hospital, Maceys, ect. 1.5 bedrooms (we say .5 because there is a room off of the bedroom that is the size of a small bedroom but it has no window. Can be used for office space, storage space and nursery space.) Washer and Dryer hook ups included. We have a washer and dryer that will come in the unit (have worked for many years) but if they ever die they will not be replaced. A backyard that can be utilized for gatherings or children Utilities are split 60/40 between the upstairs and downstairs. (Recently installed solar which reduces the electrical bill but does not cover it completely) $1150 per month, deposit and last months rent due upon contract signing with first month due upon move in.
