After activating my Rentler account this morning, it looks like they have changed policies since the last time I listed. They now charge tenants $45 for each application, where it used to be $45 for 30 days and you could submit your application to many different landlords/properties. You will provide basic information like monthly income, credit score range, and any other information you would like to share with me. At this point, I will invite qualified applicants to tour the property at the convenience of my current renters.
