Rent is $2,300 monthly which includes HOA, plus utilities which usually are anywhere from $300-$400 a month which includes internet, electricity, and gas! There is a deposit required of $2,300 which is refundable as long as no damages or ending lease early is done! Home is 5min away from Noorda and Rocky Mountain University and less than 10min away from BYU! Pets allowed with $45 monthly fee and a deposit of $250 upfront refundable as long as no damages done!
