Available for a minimum lease of 12+ months only. Pets are negotiable with owner approval and pet deposit. UTILITIES: As part of the rental obligations, the resident will be responsible to pay: electricity, gas, water, sewer, internet, and cable TV or satellite. The resident is also responsible for snow removal from the driveway, walkways, and decks, as well as replacing water filters and maintaining water softener salt levels. The resident is required to have an active Renter's Insurance Policy during the duration of the lease.
