Popular bike and hike trails can be accessed directly from the neighborhood. A 4-wheel drive vehicle is required during the winter season due to local conditions. Smoking or vaping is not allowed on the premises, and a $200 per day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation if guests are found to have been smoking or vaping on the premises. If an unauthorized pet is brought to the property, a $250 fee will be assessed. Moving furniture is not allowed, and a $500 fee will be assessed if the cleaners have to move furniture to reset the property for the next guest. [SI]
