Two full bathrooms and a powder room on the main level are freshly stocked with clean towels and great Wi-Fi throughout. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen along with a Keurig. Beautiful, clean, modern, and in a prime location, it's hard to beat this private home. Great for quick one-night stays, multi-day visits to local businesses or conferences, or weekend getaways to the beautiful Utah outdoors. A 72" Smart TV in the living room, fully stocked kitchen, and play den make this space unbeatable. You can park in the garage, in the driveway, or on the street in front of the home. We offer a pet-friendly place with an additional pet fee to help protect against the natural wear and tear it causes. If your furry friends are accompanying you for your stay, we allow up to 2 dogs and charge a pet fee of $50 for 1 dog or $115 for 2 dogs. This fee is required and is paid after booking is complete when you register your pet on our digital check-in. Pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets. We are only 2 minutes off the I-15 freeway, which makes easy access to anywhere in Salt Lake County or Utah County. This rental home is in a quiet neighborhood, so we ask for your help in respecting the friendly neighbors by not hosting parties of any sort and keeping music and noise quiet after 10pm each night. Smoking, vaping, or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premise of the property. We do not allow any house parties in our homes out of respect for neighbors and the protection of our beautiful homes. Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking/drug policy, and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund, and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done. Guests are required to digitally agree and sign house rules and rental agreement which will be emailed once booking is received.
