Centrally located in American Fork, this studio is just minutes from major destinations, including Utah Valley University (10 minutes), Brigham Young University (20 minutes), Thanksgiving Point (11 minutes), Sundance Ski Resorts (25 minutes), Timpanogos Cave National Monument (16 minutes), Bridal Veil Falls (18 minutes), Provo Canyon (15 minutes), Downtown Salt Lake City (32 minutes), and Salt Lake City International Airport (36 minutes). This studio is located on the main level of a 3-story townhome, and while noise precautions are in place, occasional sounds from upstairs may be heard. Climate controls are managed from upstairs and are not directly accessible to studio guests. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises, and a $200 per day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation if it is found that guests have been smoking or vaping on the premises. Guests are required to pick up after their animal and will be charged $10 per exterior location if not cleaned up by the guest. If animals defecate or urinate on the floors, the guest will be responsible for payment for professional carpet cleaning services. If animals cause damage to the property, the guest will be responsible for paying for any repairs or replacement. For unauthorized pets, a $250 fee will be assessed. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Moving furniture is not allowed, and a $500 fee will be assessed if the cleaners have to move furniture to reset the property for the next guest. No garbage or debris left outside unattended. All garbage must be bagged and stowed in the bins located on the property, and a $30 fee, per bin, will be assessed for unbagged garbage found in the bins.
