The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing home-cooked meals, complete with modern appliances, cookware, and a dining area. The townhome offers in-unit laundry facilities on the third floor. The property offers a two-car garage for guest use, and street parking is available for additional vehicles. Pets are welcome at the property at the cost of $10 per pet, per day. Emotional Support animals fall under this requirement as they do not have the same rights as Service Animals under the ADA. Service Animals are permitted at no extra cost, as they are protected under the ADA, as long as accommodations are reasonable. Guests are required to pick up after their animal and will be charged $10 per exterior location if not cleaned up by the guest. If animals defecate or urinate on the floors, the guest will be responsible for payment for professional carpet cleaning services. If animals cause damage to the property, the guest will be responsible for paying for any repairs or replacement. For unauthorized pets, a $250 fee will be assessed. This unit is an apartment and has shared walls on one side, so guests may hear the full-time residents next door. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises, and a $200 per day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation if it is found that guests have been smoking or vaping on the premises. If any issues are encountered during your stay, timely communication is key in getting issues resolved. The guest services team will work to troubleshoot with you first before calling out a handyperson. If the handyperson is unable to find an issue or it was a user error, the guest will be subject to paying their fee. If there is an issue identified with the property, the owner will pay their fee.
