With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there’s plenty of space to accommodate parties of up to 10. Not only does this vacation home include upgrades such as a chef’s kitchen and upgraded spa-like bathrooms, it also has an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub. Our home caters to both short-term and medium-term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accommodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience. Free parking is available to guests with plenty of space in the double garage or on the driveway. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer available for use. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). An additional nightly rate applies for more than 6 guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest. We do not allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. Only registered guests are allowed. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. Pet cleaning fees apply and pets should be kept off beds and furniture. Noise level monitoring is in place to comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations. The primary bedroom includes a dedicated work station, perfect for remote work needs. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home.
