There is a main dining table (seats 8), bar seating (4), and a poker table/dining table combo (seats 6) with chip set. The resort-style backyard includes a heated pool, hot tub, pickleball/basketball combo court, mini soccer field, tetherball, mini golf putting green, kids' playset, giant Connect 4, giant chess, jumbo Jenga, cornhole, spikeball, paddle smash, bocce ball, outdoor dining area (seats 16), fire pit with seating, and a gas grill. The first floor includes a half bathroom and the second floor includes a full bathroom. Amenities include a washer/dryer, pack and play, high chair, baby stroller, starter kit with toiletries, coffee, and cleaning supplies, and Smart TVs in bedrooms and main living areas. The fireplace does not work. Driveway parking is available for 2-4 vehicles, plus street parking. Pets are welcome with a fee of $20 per pet per night for stays of 1-7 nights, a flat rate of $200 per pet for stays of 8-29 nights, and a flat rate of $300 per pet for stays of 30 nights or more. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. You're just 10 minutes from the airport and under 30 minutes from everything San Antonio offers. Quiet hours are between 9pm and 8am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $300 fee. If the noise monitors are tampered with, there will be a fee. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late check out fee.
