The sleeping arrangements of this single-level home are as follows: Primary Bedroom: King Bed - 43” smart TV, Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, Bedroom 3: Queen Bed and Twin-Over-Twin Bunk Bed, Bedroom 4: 2 Twin-Over-Twin Bunk Beds, Bedroom 5: Queen Bed. This executive home features 5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and open-concept living area that leads out to your private outdoor patio, grill and pool. You will find the laundry room fully equipped with a washer/dryer, baby crib, and highchair, vacuum, and cleaning products. The back yard is entirely fenced off, complete with the beautiful free-form pool, sitting/dining area, and hammock. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. The nightly rate covers the first six guests. Starting from the seventh guest, an additional fee of $39 per guest per night will be charged. The fifth bedroom will be opened for groups of 12 or more guests. All smart TVs come with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. The pool and hot tub are serviced twice a week in summer months and once a week all other months. The pool is not heated. This welcoming Rowlett neighborhood offers a peaceful, suburban atmosphere with easy access to parks, dining, and shopping. Perfect for those looking to relax while still being near the excitement of Garland, Rockwall, and Dallas. Enjoy a family-friendly environment with plenty of local amenities, including recreation spots for outdoor activities. The quiet streets provide a calm setting, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring or work. Enjoy the comfort and convenience of a self-check-in. One day prior to your arrival you will receive an email that walks you through the process and answers any last-minute concerns. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited. A violation will incur a $500 fine. If you or any member of your group wish to smoke, please do so outdoors and ensure all cigarette butts are properly disposed of. For security, there are two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. To respect your privacy, there are no cameras inside the house. Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund to the guest. The pool guy will enter using the backyard door. The landscaper goes once a week. Even though our pest control service goes out to the home at least once a month, you might encounter wildlife in the yard, and occasionally, outdoor insects may appear indoors, such as spiders, ladybugs, ants, or even bees. These bugs are not harmful, and we promptly remove them if notified. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Check-in time is from 4:00 PM onwards and check-out time is at 10:00 AM. Unregistered guests are not allowed. All cars must be parked in the property’s garage or driveway. Street parking is strictly forbidden. Drugs and inappropriate behavior are not allowed on the property. Garbage is only picked up on certain days by the city. Stained sheets or towels must be paid for to replace them.
