The large living room features a 75” Smart TV and sound system, and you can enjoy cold nights by the gas/wood fireplace. Additional spaces include a media/game room, a playroom with a pool/billiard table, and a patio overlooking the pool and backyard. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. The base nightly rate covers the first six guests, with an additional fee of $39 per guest per night starting from the seventh guest. The fifth and sixth bedrooms will be opened for groups of 8+ and 10+ guests respectively. Parking is available for up to 5 cars, with 2 in the garage and 3 in the driveway. Unregistered guests are not allowed, and any violation of house rules could result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited, with a $500 fine for violations. The pool and hot tub are professionally serviced, and the property features security cameras for safety. House-trained pets are allowed with a fee, and any stained sheets or towels must be paid for to replace them.
