The large living room has a 75” Smart TV and sound system. Enjoy cold nights by the gas/wood fireplace (wood not provided). The playroom has a pool/billiard table and a 55” Smart TV en-suite to a bathroom with shower bath combo. The media room has a full-size pull-out sofa bed, a 65” Smart TV, with games books and puzzles to enjoy, and an office desk for work-cations. The 1st-floor patio overlooks the pool and backyard with a seating and dining area. The 2nd-floor patio has seating places with spectacular lake views. The gated pool area has an outdoor shower, lounge chairs, dining area, and 2 umbrellas. The fenced-in backyard sits over half an acre and includes corn hole, a seating area around a fire pit, and kayaks (life vests are required and available) that can be taken down to the lake. High-speed internet with AC Wi-Fi extends into the yard. A washer and dryer are available, and laundry detergent is provided. A gas and coal grill is available for great cookouts (propane provided), as well as a seating area with a gas fire pit (propane is provided). All linens and towels are provided, but pool towels are not. Pets are welcome for a fee of $150 per pet per stay. Casa Del Lago sits in a quiet little neighborhood that is just off route 66, fenced all around, and is perfect for large families with plenty of activities and space to spread out. You’ll be conveniently located just 36 miles from DFW Airport, 20 miles to downtown Dallas, and 37 miles from the AT&T Stadium. In addition to the many amazing attractions offered in the nearby major cities, Rowlett has plenty to see and do itself. You can also pay a visit to the first-ever theme park in the famous Six Flags chain, Six Flags Over Texas, both 51 miles away. There’s no shortage of fun activities to fill your days! This beautiful home is in a perfect location because it is right by the freeway, making your way around Rowlett fast and easy. The home is close to many shopping centers and restaurants. You will be able to do your grocery shopping at the local Walmart just 1.7 miles away! At the same distance, you will find all the shopping centers and dining places. Absolutely no smoking or vaping is allowed at the house or near open doors or windows, and a violation will incur a $500 fine.
