We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure a comfortable stay for you and your four-legged companions. The maximum cars allowed are 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway. Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied. There is a very special Bass Pro Shop located 10 minutes away right by the lake, offering great views, shopping, an aquarium, arcade, onsite restaurant, and a private sand beach. There are also many local parks and trails nearby. You’ll also be 40 minutes to DFW Airport and just 30 to downtown Dallas. You’ll be just a short drive away from the most popular Dallas attractions. Pay a visit to one of the several museums, including Perot Museum of Nature and Science, Dallas Museum of Art, and The Sixth Floor Museum. We do not allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. Only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Smoking of any type is not allowed! Violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Room #5 will be opened for groups of 12+ guests. Full disclosure policy for numbers of people on the property at any time with security camera verification to comply with local laws and the booking platform policies. Rest assured, no cameras in any inside private areas, we respect the privacy of our guests. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance. Our fireplace is gas operated. Please only use this fireplace if you are familiar with how to use it properly and be aware that you are doing so at your own risk. Do not leave it unattended at any time. We offer plenty of body towels for your use but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like. All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Guests are welcome to login with personal accounts. To be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is not recording nor storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
