NO PARTIES or hosted events please. PETS: Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet, you will be charged an additional $250 and you will be asked to leave. OCCUPANCY: Maximum occupancy is limited to 9 persons, including infants and children. Exceeding the maximum permitted occupancy may result in an eviction from the property.
