The home is equipped for long-term stays with plenty of kitchen basics and supplies, towels, linens, a washer/dryer, and a BBQ grill. Each of the three bedrooms offers comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. The primary bedroom retreat features a king-size bed and a 50-inch TV, while the newly remodeled kitchen is perfect for home chefs with its gas stove and spacious kitchen island. Enjoy a quick cup of coffee from the Keurig or make more with the drip coffee maker. The second living room features a high-end, super-comfy couch and a 55-inch Smart Roku TV. We'd love to welcome families with a portable crib and high chair available for use. Well-behaved, housebroken pets are welcome with a $200 pet fee per stay to cover extra cleaning. The property features a good-sized, fenced backyard, perfect for outdoor picnics and grilling. The neighborhood is peaceful and family-friendly, providing a serene environment for your stay. You will have access to one parking space in the garage, with additional parking available in the driveway or on the street. The location offers easy access to Austin's attractions and Round Rock's offerings, including Dell Headquarters, Dell Diamond, Kalahari Waterpark and Resort, and the Play for All Abilities Park. Pets are not allowed on any furniture or beds. Please be mindful of barking, especially at night, out of respect for the neighbors. The gas fireplace is not functional. Roku TVs are loaded with apps and accounts for Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and Peacock, but no live TV or cable access is provided. You are welcome to load your own apps to the TVs. Fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, with a modern desk space in the living room and an optional desk and chair set-up that can be placed in one of the bedrooms for flexible work or school from home. A laptop computer is not included.
