Located in the much-desired neighborhood of Heritage Heights, this sprawling dream vacation home is a sight to behold. The kitchen is the heart of the home, featuring upgraded granite countertops, a functional kitchen island, and a cozy breakfast nook. It is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. The dedicated dining area is tastefully furnished to give you that chic restaurant setting right here in your home away from home. This amazing home features not one but two living rooms, providing a comfortable environment for easy conversation and fun times. For a bit of added friendly competition, there’s even a foosball table in the upstairs living room. Free parking is available to all guests with a three-car garage and plenty of space on the driveway. If additional space is required, feel free to park on the streets as well. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest. Welcome to Rockwall, Texas! Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. No parties or events are allowed. Pet should be discussed in advance; we only allow house-trained pets and ask to make sure they keep off beds and furniture. Pet cleaning fees to be applied. The house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.
