The fully equipped kitchen is a spacious and stylishly designed culinary haven, featuring stainless steel appliances, an oversized kitchen island, and plenty of counter space. The dining room offers a classic rustic wooden dining table with bench-style seating, perfect for sharing meals with loved ones. The living room, with its high ceilings, oversized U-shaped sectional, and pool table, exudes comfort and relaxation. Free parking is available to guests on the driveway or in the garage. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available for your use. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of two pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest. No parties or large gatherings are allowed. Only registered guests are permitted, and small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. The fireplace is electrically operated and should not be left unattended. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances.
