Renovated 700 square-foot one bedroom, one bathroom casita/garden home in Downtown New Braunfels. This house is on the same property as another house that we also rent out. The yard is shared with shared responsibilities of upkeep. There is a storage shed for each house available on the property as well. Utilities are split with the front unit. The back home pays 40% of the bill and the front house pays 60% of the bill. Dogs are allowed but no cats inside.
