Please clean the common area grills after each use and clean up after yourself in the common areas. Please do not leave personal items on the balcony. High winds may occur. The pool is shared and cannot be heated. Available from 8 AM to 10 PM. No glass or food allowed in the pool or in the pool area. No parties allowed in the pool area. There is no lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. For health, safety, and maintenance reasons, pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool. A $500 fine will be charged if this rule is violated. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible.
