Sleeps 8 comfortably plus an additional 3 person(s)- 1 queen pullout sofa and 1 twin pullout (mattresses are NOT spring but upgraded Nature's Bed gel memory foam mattress). The home is a perfect place for families or friends wanting to hang out. There are four bedrooms. Room 1- master with a king sized bed and its own bathroom Room 2- queen sized bed with a premium sleeper chair with pullout twin memory mattress Room 3- two (2) twin-sized beds (not in a bunk) Room 4- two (2) twin sized beds (not in a bunk) In the living room we offer a queen size pull out sleeper sofa with a higher end gel memory foam mattress. It is located in a fully fenced, oversized backyard and has a large covered patio. There is a charcoal grill. Please note, we do not provide charcoal. The pool’s depth is 4 feet. No diving! No lifeguard on duty! Children must be supervised by an adult at all times! Additional Amenities We offer body wash, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner in all bathrooms. There is one Pack-N-Play and one highchair that can be requested before your due to arrive. Hair dryer and curling irons are in all bathrooms.
