Her early career includes more than 10 years of impactful community and volunteer work with the NGO Fe y Alegría, where she contributed to the design and development of school classrooms for rural communities. Glenda relocated to Houston in 2015, where she further expanded her expertise by studying Drafting at Lone Star College and gaining experience in architectural and landscape design.
