This is a house with shared space. The house is 20 to 30 minutes from downtown Austin, Round Rock, Pflugerville, and Bastrop. You will have your own bedroom with a shared bathroom. Rent is $750 a month this price includes utilities. The rental deposit to hold the room is $375 and may be returned at moveout pending a room inspection. You will need to complete a pre-screener, an application, a screening for a background check, and a credit check at your own expense for $55 prior to moving in.
