Hi everyone! I’m trying to find someone to take over my townhome unit at Mansions at Oak Point in Little Elm. The unit will be available May 28th, 2022 and the rent is $1739 + utilities per month. The entire unit with the garage and yard is 1400 sq ft and the living space is 816 sq ft. This apartment is super nice, but I got a new job so we are having to relocate. Lease length is between 15-18 months. There’s a garage and yard! The unit is located near the front of the complex so you can walk to the pool and mailboxes. There is also a gym and pet park being built currently. Valet trash, pest control, and yard maintenance are included in the rent price. Animal friendly! You are also allowed to get a grill for the patio area. Application fee is $50 and admin fee (due after lease is signed) is $175. My significant other & I will reimburse that $225 via PayPal.
