Both bedrooms have been custom-designed and furnished to cultivate a restful environment for your sleep, ensuring a good night’s rest every night during your stay. Free parking is available to all guests on the driveway. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. No parties or events are allowed. We have installed a noise alert device in our home to comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations and to prevent unauthorized parties. This device is not recording nor storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded. The fireplace is wood burning and for safety reasons, we do not provide wood and ask our guests to refrain from using it without previously arranged, written approval. High-speed WiFi is available throughout the home, making it remote work-friendly.
