Total living area is approximately 2,500 square feet. The house has 2 stories with a large living and dining area and kitchen on the first floor. Presently, the entire first floor is one integrated living space, all hardwood flooring (part of it is restored original hardwoods). Portion of the first floor could be converted to a bedroom or office. All bedrooms are located on the second floor. It has a large master bedroom with 15 ft vaulted ceiling, lots of windows and natural light, 2 walk-in closets (furnished), ceiling fans, multiple recessed light fixtures with bedside controls. The two smaller bedrooms on the second floor have a shared bathroom, across the hallway. Washer and dryer are located in a dedicated closet on the second floor.
