All bills included... electric, internet, gas, and house keeper every other month. Washer and dryer included. I am renting out two rooms in my home located in the Heights. Each room is $950/month. The third room (master bedroom) will be left vacant while I travel. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms are on 1st and 3rd floors with kitchen and living room on 2nd floor. I am looking to do a 6 month lease, and open to re-new or do a month to month after the initial lease expires. The kitchen and living room are fully furnished. The bedrooms can be fully furnished or empty, Either option is supported.
