If additional space is required, feel free to park on the streets as well. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than 6 guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest. No parties or events are allowed. Pet arrangements should be discussed in advance, and only house-trained pets are allowed. Pet cleaning fees apply. There is a full disclosure policy for the number of people on the property at any time with security camera verification to comply with local laws. Rest assured, there are no cameras in any inside private areas. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance.
