The units are professionally maintained and move-in ready, offering a seamless experience for guests. Pets are welcome with a fee of $20 per night for stays of 1-4 nights, $150 for 5-29 nights, and $200 for 30+ nights. Unauthorized pets will incur a double cleaning fee. Parking is available with four shared driveway spots on a first-come, first-served basis, and free street parking is also an option. Guests are encouraged to be mindful of noise levels, especially during quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Smoking indoors is prohibited and will result in a $600 fine and cancellation of the booking. Unauthorized parties will incur a $1,000 fine. Check-in is flexible with smart lock entry, and early check-in and late checkout are available for a fee. Checkout is at 10:00 AM.
