The home's sleeping arrangements are as follows: Primary Bedroom: King Bed (2nd Floor), Bedroom 2: Queen Bed (2nd Floor), Bedroom 3: Queen Bed (2nd Floor), Bedroom 4: Queen Bed (2nd Floor), Bedroom 5: 2 Twin-Over-Twin Bunk Beds (1st Floor). Bathrooms include a full bathroom in the primary bedroom, another full bathroom on the 2nd floor, and a half bathroom on the 1st floor. All linens and towels are provided, except pool towels. The kitchen is fully loaded with pots, pans, silverware, kitchen utensils, plates, and much more, perfect for preparing meals with a large dining table, kitchen bar area, and breakfast nook. Other amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, and a washer/dryer. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for 7 or more guests, with a fee of $39 per guest per night. The fifth bedroom will be opened for groups of 8 or more guests. All smart TVs come with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. The pool is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. Its central location in the DFW area provides easy access to schools, colleges, shopping centers, and other amenities, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited and a violation will incur a $500 fine. The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate. For security, there are two cameras: one at the front door and another in front of the garage. These cameras record 24/7, but there are no cameras inside the house. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 9:00. Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. onwards and check-out time is at 10 a.m. max. Unregistered guests are not allowed and street parking is strictly forbidden. Garbage is picked up on certain days, and guests will be informed the night before. Stained sheets or towels must be paid for to replace them. Any violation of the house rules could result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund and loss of any security deposit.
