Absolutely no smoking is allowed, with a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $300.00 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. Noise detection monitors are present. Missing or damaged items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $250.00. Unauthorized animal/pet fee is $250.00. Towels and linens should be kept in good condition, and any permanent stains will fall into the category of negligent damage. Guests should not wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves as this can cause damage to those items and the washing machine. Unapproved late checkout will result in a $50 charge for every hour after the scheduled checkout time. Local guests must inform at the time of booking if additional visitors will arrive during the stay, or the reservation will be canceled with no exceptions or refunds. We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties and smoking anywhere on our premises. All our units come equipped with noise sensors. Following multiple warnings, local law enforcement will be utilized to ensure compliance, and removal will be at the guest's expense.
