The home includes a full bath attached to the primary bedroom, a shared bathroom on the second floor with a shower/tub combo, and a half bathroom on the first floor conveniently located near common areas. Enjoy the chef’s kitchen with an oversized island that seats eight, perfect for group gatherings. High-speed Wi-Fi and smart TVs ensure seamless streaming and connectivity, and family-friendly amenities include a crib, highchair, and laundry essentials. House-trained pets are welcome with a $150 per pet per stay fee. The nightly rate covers the first six guests, with an additional fee of $39 per guest per night starting from the seventh guest. The fifth bedroom will be opened for groups of eight or more guests. All smart TVs come with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube, and if you forget to sign out upon checkout, it will be done for you. The pool is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. The pool technician accesses the area through the backyard gate. The pool is not heated. The landscaper visits once a week.
