The house is off by itself with a creek on the right and space on the left and has an 8 ft privacy fence at the back. It is a very quiet street close to American headquarters. South Euless elementary school is within walking distance with an old iron bridge crossing the creek. Lots of restaurants close by also. The house was completely redone on the inside about 6 years ago. All walls and attics were insulated with spray foam making it very energy efficient. The garage was insulated as well and can be used as a game room if needed, with a polished concrete floor and additional can lights. In the kitchen there are plenty of cabinets and black granite counter tops. A refrigerator and washer and dryer are included also. Bedrooms are carpeted and wood floors run down the entry hall into the large kitchen and living room. There is a gas fireplace with a tv mounted above the mantel. There is a second large living area off the entry hall as well. The master bedroom is downstairs. There is a shared upstairs bath between the two bedrooms. There are 3 closets in one room and the other has four closets. A large walk in insulated attic space is above the garage as well. At the back of the house is a full length covered patio with a built in gas grill. Great for get entertaining or just relaxing. This is as close to country living you can get in Euless.
