The living room, with its high vaulted ceilings and beautiful decor, is the perfect place to unwind. Free parking is available to all guests on the premises and an EV charger is also available. If additional parking is needed, feel free to park on the neighborhood streets as well. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. No parties or events are allowed. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance. A noise alert device is installed to monitor reasonable noise levels, ensuring compliance with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations. The fireplace is gas operated and should only be used if you are familiar with its operation, and it should not be left unattended.
