***Rent is negotiable*** I have taken a job offer in another city and I have a little over 10 months left on my lease. I am looking for someone to take over the lease. The complex is Aspen Heights off of Ennis Joslin in Corpus Christi, Texas. Not far from Tamucc. If you visit myaspenheights.com and go to the floor plans, it is the 4 bedroom/4 bathroom Breckenridge floor plan. You will have to go through an application process through the complex, but free of charge. The room is located downstairs, the only room downstairs. It is a very spacious 12.5' by 14.0' room, with two windows. All the bedrooms come with their own bathroom and closet. The closet is big and the shower has great water pressure. There is a half bathroom downstairs as well. There is only one other person living upstairs. He is a Tamucc student, very clean, courteous, and respectful. He doesn't party and he is not loud. There is a chance the other two rooms could be rented out, but Aspen Heights is good about not putting partiers/unclean tenants with those who aren't. It has been only he and I since I moved here back in January. Amenities: Refrigerator Wash/Dryer Dishwasher Garbage disposal Electric stove/oven Microwave ***Cable and internet included in rent*** Utilities go from around $100 in the winter and $150 in the summer. Not bad at all. The utilities are split between tenants of the townhome, so if others move in, the utilities go down.. Complex has a gym, basketball court, swimming pool, and a hot tub.
