A. A non-refundable pet deposit will be made to management at the time the pet is
approved by management to reside in the unit. The pet deposit is non-refundable
even if the pet is removed from the residence. The pet deposit is for the specific
pet outlined in this agreement only and should the Tenant obtain a new pet, a new
