A. A non-refundable pet deposit will be made to management at the time the pet is
approved by management to reside in the unit. The pet deposit is non-refundable
even if the pet is removed from the residence. The pet deposit is for the specific
pet outlined in this agreement only and should the Tenant obtain a new pet, a new
deposit will be required.
B. The non-refundable pet deposits are as follows:
1. Dogs, cats, guinea pigs, rabbits, and hamsters - $250
2. Fish, birds, snakes, lizards, and turtles - $250
C. There will be no pet deposits made on supportive animals however management
must have valid documentation for the need of the animal to reside in the unit.
D. Only one pet (of any species) outlined below will be permitted for each apartment.
