The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking essentials, an electric kettle, instant coffee, and everyday utensils. Both bedrooms are designed for rest and privacy, featuring comfortable beds, clean linens, and a calm, minimalist aesthetic. The bathroom is clean and modern, stocked with essential toiletries and fresh towels. A full-size washer and dryer is available in the unit. Enjoy access to the community’s resort-style amenities including a pool, outdoor lounge areas, and fitness center. This space is ideal for relaxing getaways, extended stays, or business travel, offering a comfortable and stylish home base in a well-maintained community. All guests must complete a Guest Accommodations Agreement in order to be provided arrival details. Check-in is after 4:00 pm and check-out is before 11:00 am. Self check-in is available with instructions provided after the guest accommodations agreement is signed and online check-in is completed. Early check-in and late check-outs are not possible. No smoking inside the unit, building, or on any balconies. No pets are allowed. No parties or events. No outside guests are allowed; only those added to the reservation are permitted on the property. The minimum guest age is 18 (children must be accompanied by parents). Some properties have paid parking. Leave the apartment tidy; excessive cleaning needs will result in additional fees. Guests are liable for damages inside the apartment. Unapproved/unregistered guests or pets will incur a $200 fine and an additional $50 pet cleaning fee. Quiet hours are between 9pm and 9am, with a $200 fee for noise disruptions. Smoking in any part of the property will incur a $1,000 fee for deep cleaning and odor abatement. Illegal drug use is strictly prohibited. Parties and gatherings are prohibited. Exceeding maximum occupancy will result in a minimum $1,000 charge and may result in immediate eviction without refund. Visitors must be accompanied by the Guest at all times. Children are welcome but must be under immediate adult supervision in amenity areas. Packages will not be accepted and no mail deliveries can be sent to the apartment. Guests are not permitted to carry firearms or weapons in the apartment or on the property.
