While high standards of cleanliness and pest control are maintained, the occasional presence of insects is not grounds for cancellation, refund, or compensation. There is a $200 fine for noise disruptions during quiet hours (9 pm - 9 am), with possible removal from the property. Smoking in any part of the property will incur a $1,000 fee for odor abatement. Illegal drug use is strictly prohibited. Maximum occupancy is 2 guests per bedroom. No events of any kind are allowed on the premises. Visitors must be accompanied by the guest at all times. Packages will not be accepted and no mail deliveries can be sent to the apartment. Firearms or weapons are not permitted in the apartment or on the property. Guests are responsible for any damages to the property, decor, or furnishings, which will be charged at cost plus a $20.00 service charge. Excessive cleaning needs will result in additional fees. Guests are liable for any damage and/or theft at the apartment or property caused by the guest, their visitors, or other persons present during the guest's stay. A full end-of-stay clean is included. There is no nightly housekeeping or service for additional supplies. If furniture is rearranged in a manner that delays cleaning services, guests agree to pay not less than $100. If the company determines that an infestation was brought into the apartment, the company reserves the right to charge for all associated costs. There is no guarantee of heat, air conditioning, electricity, water, any appliances, cable, satellite, television, telephones, electronics, gas logs, grills, etc., and no refunds or compensation will be given for their failure.
