This unit is located in a walk-up building and is only accessible by stairs—there is no elevator on-site. Maintain a considerate noise level at all times, and be respectful of the neighbors. Quiet hours are between 11 PM and 7 AM daily. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around our property and risk a fine of $150 and/or your full deposit will be forfeited. Please check-out on time as late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Includes a laptop-friendly dedicated workstation and high-speed Wi-Fi connection. SECURITY DEPOSIT A $100 refundable security deposit is required to be paid a day before check-in to cover any incidental charges or damages. This deposit will be fully refunded within 10 business days after checkout, pending a room inspection. By proceeding with your booking, you agree to the terms regarding the security deposit.
