The kitchen is fully furnished with all the essentials, and the bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Other amenities include a covered patio with a loveseat and two chairs, beach towels for Barton Springs Pool, bar and table seating for up to four, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, four sets of bath towels, a Roku HDTV, board games, shampoo, conditioner, and other basic bathroom essentials including face wipes. Off-street parking is available at street level and next to the door on the lower level. Free laundry is available on the lower level. Pets are welcome with a fee of $50 for shorter stays and $100 for monthly stays. Crates, gates, and couch covers are available upon request. This apartment is located about two blocks from the back entrance to Barton Springs Pool and Zilker Park and approximately two miles from Downtown. The City of Austin enforces a 10:30 pm noise curfew. If a complaint is received, the issue will be addressed with the primary renter, and a second complaint may result in immediate eviction without refund. Smoking or vaping is only allowed outside using the ashtray provided. Pets are expected to be kept off the furniture and kept in a crate or behind a gate in the kitchen when left unattended.
