Feel at home in this apartment located on the second floor, accessible by stairs. This apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom, a small terrace, and a washer and dryer. Parking is available for one car only. Early check-in, late checkout, and room service may be available for a fee. Trailers, RVs, or commercial vehicles are not allowed. The apartment is less than 2 miles away from the Domain, 18 minutes drive from UT, and 20 minutes drive from downtown Austin. Pets are not allowed, though service animals are welcome. Emotional support animals are not allowed. The pool is open from 9 am until 7 pm and will be closed in the winter or during harsh weather. The pool is located in a different building in the complex, so you may need to walk to the pool. The gym is open 24/7. Unless you have approval, you must check-in on or after the indicated check-in time and check-out on or before the indicated check-out time. Unauthorized late check-out will result in additional charges. A $250 fee will be charged for any lost key fob or pool bracelet. Smoking inside will result in a smoking fee and may result in termination of your reservation. Parties are absolutely not allowed under any circumstances, which will result in the termination of your reservation. The check-in instruction sheet will be emailed to you within 24 hours from check-in day.
