Requests to bring a pet must be approved prior to booking, and an additional pet fee will be applied after booking. Any pets brought onto the property without approval will result in a $500 fee. There is a one-pet-per-apartment limit, and only dogs are permitted at pet-friendly properties. Failure to leave all access items (fobs, keys, parking passes) in the original lockbox will result in an immediate replacement fee of up to $450 per item.
