Welcome to the 806 Treeloft villa, a unique cultural retreat inspired by Charleston's Rainbow Row. This well-furnished and well-maintained home is lived in by the owner for most of the year, offering a personal touch with antique chandeliers and artwork collected from extensive travels. After ascending 16 steps to the front door, you'll find an entry deck with Southern-style rocking chairs, providing views of the golf course, Treeloft street, and a nearby pond. The living area features seating for five, including a sofa, recliner, and swivel chair, centered around an electric fireplace and a 54-inch smart TV with satellite channels. The dining room seats six, and the fully stocked kitchen includes a range oven with an air fry feature, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge, toaster oven, coffee maker, blenders, and ample cookware. The master bedroom boasts a queen-size bed with a Tempur-Pedic mattress, a private deck, and an en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower. The second bedroom also offers a queen-size bed with a Sealy mattress and a smart TV, while the loft includes a twin-size bed, day bed, and an air mattress. The property includes access to the owner's outdoor pool at the Lake House, and guests can enjoy free use of the beach access, crab docks, equestrian center, basketball court, and volleyball area. The fitness center is available for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Each vehicle requires a gate pass for island access, which we will assist in obtaining. Located on Seabrook Island, this villa offers access to uncrowded beaches and recreational activities, with the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away. Enjoy the tranquility of the island while being close to a variety of attractions. Smoking is only permitted outside, at least 15 feet from the doors, and violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages. Quiet hours are enforced from 11pm to 7am to ensure a peaceful environment. Check-in is contactless, with a door keypad and code provided for convenience. Our team is available for assistance throughout your stay. The villa is equipped with the fastest internet available in the area, capable of handling multiple devices streaming in HD simultaneously. A laptop computer is not included.
