(We no longer offer studio or 1-bd units.) We now only offer large 2 bedroom duplex units-- 2bd 1bath (1300 square feet) for $845, and 2bd 2bath (1400 square feet) for $945. You pay electric and water in all duplexes. You must take home (after taxes and car payments) $2800/mo to qualify.
