Smoking and pets not allowed by landlord. Landlord is very friendly and receptive to maintenance requests (they don't manage very many properties), neighbors also are nice but respect privacy. Appliances include fridge and small range - laundry appliances on site ($1 per machine per use) - other furniture on pictures above are not included. If you don't have pets, don't smoke, and don't need a large kitchen or upscale interior, the apartment is a good place at an excellent value. Good credit required. Rent is fully paid by previous tenant for month of November, so you can move in anytime from now to beginning of December and start paying in December.
