Rose Hill Apartments was one of the first apartment communities established in East Goshen Township in 1965. Our Garden-style apartment buildings have solid masonry, concrete floors, ceilings, and beautiful brick exterior. By 1975, Rose Hill was completed with an additional 68 apartments and a convenience center. Today, our convenience center includes Sabatino’s Pizzeria Grill and Restaurant, Salon West Endz, Local Color Tattoos and Holly’s Nail Salon.
