A beautiful and spacious living room includes a non-functional fire place, as does one of the bedrooms. Both bedrooms receive an immense amount of natural light. Bedrooms are spacious enough to fit a queen size bed as well as a large wardrobe, unfortunately there are no closets in the bedrooms.One very large closet in located in the hallway. Kitchen and bathroom were recently renovated. Kitchen includes dishwasher, gas stove, built-in microwave, and a garbage disposal. Residents responsible for gas and electric. Coin-operated W/D in basement. We are also pet friendly with non-refundable $250 fee.
