This includes spotless kitchen cleanup, keeping personal areas neat, and a monthly cleaning fee is included. Expectation is for renter to collect all trash throughout the house and placing it in the trashcan on the patio by 11 PM every Wednesday, unless it is necessary to do so sooner. Additionally, the tenant must take the trash to the curb by 11 PM every Thursday. No odorous food waste (such as crabs, bones, scraps, or similar items) may be left inside the house at any time to maintain cleanliness and prevent pests.
