Eviction and rental judgment history reviewed — only judgments entered against you in the past 4 years considered. Dismissed cases will not be held against you. If advanced in the process, criminal background will be reviewed individually in accordance with Philadelphia Fair Criminal Records Screening Standards — no automatic disqualification. If you are selected to move forward, you will be invited to complete a formal credit and background check at that stage — a small fee is collected at that point only to cover the actual cost of screening.
