This house is really important to us, and we're hoping to rent to friends/a couple/a family that feel the same way about it. We'll run credit checks upon application, but we have reasonable expectations here. The fee is $75 for this, but if you pass the check and sign a lease we'll apply the cost to your deposit. You'll be expected to provide First Month/Last Month/Security when signing the lease. Pets will be considered on a case by case basis. A pet deposit will be added to the rent. The home is available on January 1st, but we're a little flexible on dates. So, if you're looking for a February move, we can possibly make it work.
